Guide to a stand-up coffee.

 

Our beans.

Roasted in Rome using the finest arabica beans from 11 plantations, with a touch of canephora for a richer flavour.

Our espresso is Italian.
25-30 ml - 0.8 oz .

9-10 grams of freshly ground coffee, for approximately 25 ml of espresso at 90°C. Served boiling hot in a porcelain cup. Espresso is best enjoyed standing at a counter with a glass of water.

We take CAPPUCCINO very seriously. 160 ml - 5.4 oz.

30 ml of espresso coffee with 130 ml of foamed milk that’s not too hot. A small “cappuccino” of milk. We never re-refrigerate our foam, relying instead on our experience to prepare it. Cocoa is available upon request, as is cinnamon. Never served boiling hot. Ideal for dunking your desserts.

CAFFELATTE 270 ml- 9 oz.

Our caffe latte is a double shot of espresso (18-20 grams of ground coffee for 50 ml of espresso). We steam 220 ml of milk to 55-65°C and pour it slowly into the coffee to strike the perfect balance of foam and milk.

PICCOLO 115 ml - 4oz.

A moka pot of coffee.

PISTAKKIATO

Espresso (30 ml) with non-dairy pistacchio whip cream.

MAROCCHINO

Classic cappuccino loaded with cocoa powder and Nutella. 

CAFFE NOCCIOLA

Espresso served with Piedmont hazelnut cream.
